Selskabets hovedaktivitet består i at opkøbe og udvikle fast ejendom med henblik på salg. Vi udvikler ogsælger både private ejerboliger og udlejningsejendomme til investorer. Vores ejendomsprojekteromfatter primært byggeri indenfor segmenterne rækkehuse og seniorboliger, hvor vi igennem årenehar opbygget en bred erfaring. Selskabet arbejder fortsat målrettet med at udvikle mere ansvarlige projekter. En stor del af voresbyggerier er i dag svanemærkede og/eller DGNB-certificerede, og vi ser en tydelig markedsbevægelse iretning af ansvarligt byggeri som konkurrenceparameter.
