The principal activities of the Group are to collect animal by-products from slaughterhouses and the meat and farming industry, and to collect food waste from restaurants etc., with the purpose of processing these products into various finished products for the pet food, feed, energy, fertilization and biogas sector. In addition, the Groupis providing a service to the Danish farming industry of daily pick-up of fallen stock converting the raw materials into energy, fertilizer and fat for further processing into biodiesel. The Group is also playing a vital part in the Danish veterinary safety by ability to provide its services in case of disease outbreak.
