The company’s main activity is the supply and delivery of hosted telephone solutions through distributors. These solutions are based on IP telephony combined with traditional telephone systems and mobile phone technology, providing customers with a high degree of flexibility and scalability. During 2025, the company has undertaken a strategic repositioning to adapt to continued price pressure and structural changes in the market for UC and mobile subscriptions. Flexfone has successfully navigated this market situation without implementing significant price adjustments. The pricing model for the legacy business has been updated to ensure competitiveness and commercial stability. At the same time, Flexfone has initiated a strategic expansion of its product portfolio focusing on AI based services and integration solutions. While the UC platform is largely in a maintenance phase, investments in new product segments have strengthened the foundation for future growth.
