The Companies are financed by internal loans and the capital structure in the 3 companies will be discussed, at the annual general meetings. The ownership structure and Management in the 3 companies are the same as in this company. The management in NPP Komplementar ApS therefore expect that the discussion of the capital structure in the 3 companies will turn out positive, so that the Company´s general partner liability will not result in any payment claims. No loss (expected) provision has consequently been made as at 31 December 2025.
