GERSTENBERG SERVICES A/S

The 2024/25 accounts show higher earnings than the previous year: gross profit rose from DKK 18.1 million to DKK 22.6 million, and profit after tax rose from DKK 3.4 million to DKK 5.6 million. The financial years run from 1 July to 30 June.

The workforce grew from 20 employees and 18 full-time equivalents in January 2025 to 23 employees and 20 full-time equivalents in August 2026. The company’s address changed from Vibeholmsvej 21 in Brøndby to Baldershøj 19 in Ishøj, effective 16 December 2025.

Ownership was reorganised in December 2025, when FH Scandinox Holding A/S was registered as the direct owner of GERSTENBERG SERVICES A/S, with 100% of the equity and voting rights. FRANK HANSEN, HOVEN HOLDING ApS now owns 50–66.66% of the holding company, with 50% of its voting rights; JHT Holding ApS owns 20–24.99% with 20% of the voting rights, JGA1971 Holding ApS owns 10–14.99% with 10% of the voting rights, and JNO Holding, Herning ApS and Ankerstjerne Lundum Holding ApS each own 5–9.99% with 5% of the voting rights. Anders Ankerstjerne Lundum and Lise Ankerstjerne Lundum own 50–66.66% and 33.33–49.99%, respectively, of Ankerstjerne Lundum Holding ApS.
