The Company operates within the medical technology sector and is engaged in the development and commercialization of advanced electrophysiology solutions. Its activities primarily comprise the design and development of technology for measuring and analysing cardiac electrical signals, including proprietary electrophysiology recording systems and AI-based analytical software used in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. The Company’s solutions are intended for use by electrophysiologists and hospitals, supporting clinical decision-making and improving patient outcomes through enhanced signal acquisition, analysis and interpretation. In addition, the Company undertakes research and development activities within natural sciences and technical domains, including clinical validation and continuous innovation of its technology platforms and related products. During 2025, CathVision continued development of its ECGenius™ system, releasing multiple versions (3.3, 3.3.2, 3.4, and 3.5). These releases introduced incremental clinical and commercial functionality and supported expansion into European markets. In parallel, development activities progressed on the Cardialytics™ platform, including the PFAanalyzer™ product development. The development efforts also resulted in five new patent applications, increasing the total IP portfolio to 20 active patent families. 2025 long term installations with daily usage at reference sites in the US market demonstrated clinical & commercial readiness of the product supporting larger scale market adoption in 2026.
