Mrs Sporty) is a fitness franchise business having proven the concept of digitally driven group fitness classes. With the merger, the company’s digital platform and team is integrated into Mrs Sporty to transform the remaining gyms and scale efficiently and faster with by opening new, separately branded, “digital” clubs. Sine the acquisition the company there has been a significant improvement in income and royalty payments.
