In 2025, Paqle ApS recorded gross profit of DKK 428,193 and a net loss of DKK 3 million; the previous, shortened financial period of 1 April–31 December 2024 showed a net profit of DKK 141,506. Management said 2025 included sales of candidate tests and development work for affiliated companies, and considered the year’s result unsatisfactory.

The 2025 accounts highlight strained liquidity and repayment arrangements with some creditors. Management’s expectation of meeting those arrangements depends, according to the report, on continued payment and repayment agreements and on the settlement or possible extension of receivables from affiliated companies.

Monthly register figures rose from 4 employees and 3 FTEs in March 2026 to 6 employees and 5 FTEs in August 2026.

Paqle moved its registered address from Fruebjergvej 3 in Copenhagen Ø to Park Alle 382 in Vallensbæk on 1 November 2018, then to Midtager 29 in Brøndby on 13 August 2023. On 1 December 2023, it changed its name from Paqle A/S to Paqle ApS and its legal form from a public limited company to a private limited company.
