Company's own description on virk.dk
Homerunner ApS is a Logistics-as-a-Service specialist providing digital courier, freight, and logistics services for the B2B, B2C, C2C, and C2B markets. Homerunner’s mission is to make parcel shipping greener, more affordable and more efficient by offering integrated freight management, logistics, and shipping solutions that support customers’ businesses. At the heart of the business is the Homerunner platform, which orchestrates logistics between e-commerce, carriers, click & collect and consumers, optimising every step from checkout to delivery. The platform is API-first and increasingly agent-first: through open APIs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), customers, partners, and their digital agents connect directly to Homerunner’s capabilities and data. The platform provides all essential data for customers’ day-to-day operations and business development. Homerunner’s AI maturity scaleHomerunner steers its transformation using a maturity scale from 0 to 6. The scale does not measure the intelligence of the machines; it measures the maturity of the organisation. The central thesis is simple: from level 0 to 3, technology is the bottleneck. From level 4 and up, the organisation is. Line⠀⠀Description 0⠀⠀⠀⠀People do everything. No AI.1⠀⠀⠀⠀AI assists on isolated tasks.2⠀⠀⠀⠀AI performs defined, bounded tasks.3⠀⠀⠀⠀Agents run the workflows themselves. Homerunner today.4⠀⠀⠀⠀The loop outpaces human-with-AI; the organisation is mature. Target: summer 2027.5⠀⠀⠀⠀AI improves AI under human supervision.6⠀⠀⠀⠀The organisation improves itself continuously. The distance from level 3 to level 4 is organisational, not technical. Any competitor can buy the same models tomorrow; no one can buy a mature organisation. This is why Homerunner invests deliberately in organisational development, leadership, and decision architecture alongside technology, and why the Company describes its transformation as a human project rather than a technology project. During 2026/27, Homerunner will additionally run a contained level 5 pilot in one bounded flow with measurable value and financial guardrails, learning level 5 behaviour while building level 4.
