In August 2025, our parent company Radisurf Inc. merged with Yield Engineering Systems, Inc. The merger was not expected to have any impact on the Company’s principal activities, as RadiSurf ApS has evolved into a focused R&D entity operating under a cost-plus agreement with its parent company, now Yield Engineering Systems, Inc.
