Autosource Group operates primarily as a holding company, with the main activity of owning and develop subsidiaries with a purpose to create long-term value and synergies across the group. The group consists of two main divisions. The first division comprises the group’s car leasing activities, where leasing vehicles gives the group direct insight into the market. This insight strengthens the group’s position as a specialist within the automotive sector and forms a solid foundation for the development of value-creating digital solutions for the industry. The second division focuses on the development of software solutions for the automotive industry and major financial institutions. In recent years, the group has increased its strategic focus on digital products and platforms, which today form a central part of the group’s business model and growth strategy.
