Optimum Ventilation A/S

The 2025 accounts show higher earnings than in 2024: gross profit increased from DKK 25.3 million to DKK 36.3 million, and profit after tax increased from DKK 7.1 million to DKK 13.4 million. In August 2026, the company had 33 employees and 29 full-time equivalents (FTE).

Optimum Ventilation has been 100% owned by InstallatørGruppen Danmark ApS since 17 October 2024. InstallatørGruppen Danmark ApS has been 100% owned by IG MidCo ApS since 15 March 2023, and IG MidCo ApS has been 100% owned by InstallatørGruppen A/S since 27 February 2023.

The foreign ownership structure above InstallatørGruppen A/S changed in 2026. FSN CAPITAL GP VI LIMITED of the United Kingdom held 66.67% of voting rights from 23 March 2023 to 2 February 2026. From 3 February to 31 May 2026, its ownership share was 66.67–89.99% and it held 66.67% of voting rights; from 1 to 10 June, its ownership share was 50–66.66% and it held 50% of voting rights; and from 11 June to 10 July, its ownership share was 33.33–49.99% and it held 33.33% of voting rights. FSN Capital GP VI Lux S.à r.l. of Luxembourg held an ownership share of 5–9.99% and 5% of voting rights from 3 February to 10 July 2026. From 10 July 2026, Absalon Holdings Limited of the United Kingdom has directly held 33.33–49.99% of InstallatørGruppen A/S and 33.33% of its voting rights.
