Selskabets aktivitet har i lighed med tidligere år bestået i import, ristning og salg af specialkaffe samt tilhørende produkter til erhvervs- og privatkunder. ØNSK ApS arbejder med direkte handel og langsigtede relationer til producenter i bl.a. Nicaragua og Peru med henblik på at skabe en transparent og ansvarlig værdikæde. I 2025 har selskabet yderligere styrket sin position gennem udvidelse af aktiviteterne, herunder etablering af en afdeling i Silkeborg samt integration af aktiviteterne fra Damn Good Coffee Company ApS.
