Description of key activities of the companyLike previous years, the activities revolve around buying, building and operating consumer subscription apps within the segments of mental health, productivity, personal finance and related digital consumer products. During 2025, the Company completed the sale of a significant number of its apps. The divestments were carried out as part of a strategic decision to simplify the business, reduce debt and focus the Company’s resources on fewer, higher-priority assets. Going forward, the Company’s activities will primarily be focused on the three remaining core assets within Personal Finance, Mindfulness and AI. The management believes that this more focused structure will provide a stronger foundation for the Company’s continued development and value creation in the coming years.
