## Annual report highlights

- contingent liabilities • The company has outstanding investment commitments to private equity funds of EUR 1,079 thousand.​​The Entity serves as the administration company in a Danish joint taxation arrangement. According to the joint ​taxation provisions of the Danish Corporation Tax Act, the Entity is therefore liable for income taxes etc. for the ​jointly taxed entities, and also for obligations, if any, relating to the withholding of tax on interest, royalties and ​dividends for these entities.​​COP HoldCo ApS has given letter of support to companies within the Group with negative equity. The Company have provided the following entities with a letter of support:​​1\) Cop Employee Co ApS​2\) COP Invest Co 2025 ApS • entity
