Selskabets formål er at drive designvirksomhed samt handel med tøj, anden beklædning, smykker og dertil beslægtet virksomhed.For regnskabsåret 2025 har Herskind ApS realiseret et overskud på 473 t.kr., hvilket ledelsen anser som tilfredsstillende. Pr. 31. december 2025 udgør egenkapitalen et negativt beløb på 1.361 t.kr. Ledelsen forventer, at egenkapitalen reetableres via positive resultater, kapitalindskud i de kommende år samt konvertering af eksisterende ansvarlige lån. Selskabet er finansieret ved langsigtede låneaftaler for ansvarlige lån som løber til 2032 hvor ledelsen løbende vurderer behovet for yderligere finansiering. Som følge heraf og den positive udvikling i driften, er det ledelsens vurdering at der ikke er usikkerhed om selskabets evne til at fortsætte driften, hvorfor årsrapporten er aflagt under forudsætning om fortsat drift.
