- recognition measurement uncertainty • The company has cumulatively lost more than 50% of its share capital and is subject to the provisions of the Danish Companies Act regarding capital losses.Subsequent to 31.12.2025 the subsidiary of the Entity, Copenhagen Offshore Partners A/S, has approved a distribution of dividends. This dividend will re-establish the lost equity in the Entity.Based on the above, financing is considered secured, and the financial statements are prepared in accordance with the going concern principle. • entity

- contingent liabilities • There are no guarantees or contingent liabilities of the Entity.The Entity participates in a Danish joint taxation arrangement where COP HoldCo ApSserves as the administration company. According to the joint taxation provisions of the Danish Corporation Tax Act, the Entity istherefore liable for income taxes etc. for the jointly taxed entities. The jointly taxed entities' total known net liability under the joint taxation arrangement is disclosed in the administration company's financial statements. • entity
