Fondens hovedaktiviteterFondens formål er at støtte initiativer, der arbejder helhedsorienteret med naturforvaltning (blandt andet med sigte på at natur og kulturlandskabet integreres), landbrugsproduktion, forarbejdning og afsætning heraf, og livsformer på landet. For at opnå formålet kan fonden anvende de metoder, såvel erhvervsmæssige som ikke-erhvervsmæssige, der direkte eller indirekte er tjenlige for formålet. For at fremme formålet kan fonden foretage investeringer eller dispositioner i øvrigt af enhver art, alene betinget af eventuel behørig godkendelse fra fondsmyndighederne. Fonden kan endvidere erhverve fast ejendom. Fonden har i regnskabsåret opkøbt aktiviteten i Søtofte Jordbrug.
