Business and development
The purpose of the Company is to invest in subsidiaries, which acquire and run real estate properties.
The income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 2,219,220 against a loss of DKK 2,383,663 last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 135,666,685. Management
considers the Company's financial performance in the year satisfactory.
Risks and material matters
No events materially affecting the Company's financial position have occurred subsequent to the financial year-end.
Commitments and security
As management company, the Company is jointly taxed with other Danish group entities and is jointly and severally with other jointly taxed group entities for payment of income taxes as well as withholding taxes on interest, royalties and dividends falling due for payment.
The Company has as part of its normal course of business, entered into customary executory contracts.
Investments and subsidiaries at a carrying amount of DKK 163,254,071 kr at 31 December 2025 have been put up as security for subsidiaries’ debt to mortgage credit institutions.
