  • going concern uncertainty • As of 31.12.2025, the company has lost its share capital, and equity amounts to -2.5 t.DKK. Management is therefore aware that the company is subject to the capital loss provisions of the Danish Companies Act. Despite the negative equity, it is management’s assessment that the financial statements can be prepared on a going concern basis. This assessment is based, among other things, on the following: - Current assets as of 31.12.2025 are sufficient to cover the company’s short-term liabilities. - In the first quarter of 2026, the company has generated a positive operating result. -The company’s liquidity position has improved in the first quarter of 2026. Management has implemented a change in the business model and expects this to lead to continued improvements in earnings and capital structure. On this basis, management assesses that the company has the necessary liquidity and earning capacity to continue its operations for at least 12 months after the balance sheet date. Accordingly, the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis, even though the share capital has not yet been restored and equity is negative. • entity
