Company's own description on virk.dk
Description of key activities of the companyOpenframe’s purpose is to empower organizations to turn sustainability into a strategic advantage by reducing risk and driving growth. We do this through a digital SaaS platform that combines automation, structured data management, and market expertise in sustainability certifications and templates. The company has recognised development projects with a carrying amount of DKK 10,828 thousand, cf. note 4 and note 7. As at 31 December 2025, Management has reviewed the company’s development projects for indication of impairment. Based on Management’s expectations and forward-looking budgets, the company’s prospects are still focused on profitability and a future positive cash flow. Management furthermore expects to have sufficient liquidity for the continued product development. The estimates and assessments made are based on budgets and business plans for the coming years, which by their very nature are subject to uncertainty and unpredictability. Management expects to obtain the necessary liquidity for further development partly through earnings generated by the company and partly through capital contributions.
