InterMail er et datadrevet kommunikationshus, der rådgiver kunder i at skabe leads og kommunikere med sine kunder på tværs af platforme med en omnichannel tilgang. Løsninger inkluderer Google, facebook, e-boks, direct mail samt fysiske print løsninger, afhængigt af kundens behov. Koncernen er en del af en koncern, som har den danske kapitalfond Capidea som hovedaktionær. Selskaber, der er ejet af kapitalfonde og som præsenterer årsrapporten efter reglerne for store klasse C selskaber skal indarbejde Aktive Ejeres guide for god corporate governance. Selskabet præsenterer årsrapporten i henhold til reglerne for klasse C-mellem selskaber og er dermed ikke fuldt omfattet af Aktive Ejeres retningslinjer. Capidea er repræsenteret i bestyrelsen af Partner Carsten Yde Hemme og Partner Henrik Normann. Bestyrelsesmøder afholdes som minimum 4 gange årligt, og der er ikke nedsat specielle bestyrelseskomiteer.
