Init Group was founded in January 2022. The purpose was to establish a pan-Nordic group within industrial IT andautomation through organic growth and acquisitions. The group made one acquisition in 2025 VEM ApS. By the end of the year the Group comprised 16 companies with activity across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, North Macedonia, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany and Ireland. Init’s more than 800 employees work together to deliver industrial IT and automation services to customers.
