- primary activities • Cytiva Denmark ApS \("the Company"\) is a part of the global Cytiva group and ultimately owned by Danaher Corporation. The Cytivagroup's purpose includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: sales, distribution, trading, purchasing, research, development,support, design, construction, manufacturing, installation, licensing, leasing and servicing. These activities are mainly carried out inrelation to scientific equipment, filtration, purification and separation technologies, chemicals, digital and software technologies andother related accessories and products. The Cytiva group primarily operates in the areas of life science, biotechnology, biologicaltreatment, medicine and hospitals, biopharmaceutical products and food and beverages. The Company serves as the mainrepresentative of the Cytiva group in Denmark, primarily administering domestic sales and also performing research withininformation technology. The Company may engage in any business that directly or indirectly serves the Company’s purposes. TheCompany can establish branches and participate in similar companies. • entity

- development in activities and financial affairs • The income statement of the Company for 2025 shows a profit of DKK 67,011,190, and at 31 December 2025 the balance sheet ofthe Company shows a positive equity of DKK 146,276,107.The Company has accounted for global uncertainty driven by ongoing geopolitical tensions, inflationary pressures, and shiftingtrading conditions. Conflicts in several parts of the world, particularly in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, have affected globalsupply chains and contributed to increased costs for both raw materials and transport. Management is monitoring the situation as itdevelops, and taking necessary actions as required. Cytiva Denmark ApS has continued its operations as a distributor of products to companies active in the research and production ofpharmaceuticals for the domestic market.Revenue for the year was slightly lower than in the prior year despite expectations of single digit growth. The market currentlyexperiences focus on price with increased competition. As a result of clients’ evolving needs following the pandemic, many ofCytiva’s customers are shifting demand across different product categories. During the course of the year, the Company grew to 28employees. Cytiva’s broad product portfolio and strengthened workforce are well positioned to accommodate these changes andassociated variations in purchase volumes.Special risks - operating risks and financial risksThe Company monitors the risk factors that may affect the operations and financial results on a regular basis. The identified risks aresought to be minimized by operational countermeasures and through insurance. Below is a more detailed description of these factors. • entity

- expected development • The Company has positioned itself well to continue to grow at least in line with the market in coming years and to provide its widerange of products to existing key clients as well as potential new customers. Management continues to monitor changes to anyshifting trading conditions and will take necessary precautions where necessary.Management expects revenue levels to remain sustainable, supported by the strong growth achieved in previous years with theexpertise and skillsets of the existing staff.Cytiva's global supply chain is continuously evaluated and improved in order to mitigate potential risks stemming from anyupcoming geopolitical uncertainties.Management sees potential for revenue growth in the range of 2-6% in 2026 compared to 2025 and expects to realize a Profit/lossbefore financial income and expenses at the same level as 2025, between 5-6% of the revenue. • entity

The Company is jointly and unlimited liable with the other jointly taxedcompanies for payment of corporation tax from that date.At 31 December 2025, the jointly taxed companies' net liability to SKAT is disclosed in the annual report for Danaher TaxAdministration ApS, reg. no. 28 31 68 87.
