Høreservice Danmark ApS

Høreservice Denmark’s annual profit rose from DKK 4.9 million in 2024 to DKK 8.4 million in 2025. Gross profit increased from DKK 17.6 million to DKK 31.4 million, and operating profit from DKK 6.7 million to DKK 11.2 million.

The workforce grew from 28 employees in December 2024 to 58 employees and 49 full-time equivalents in December 2025. In August 2026, there were 64 employees and 52 full-time equivalents.

On 1 September 2026, Sonova AG, registered in Switzerland, became the direct owner of Høreservice Denmark with 100% of its capital and voting rights. At the same time, the direct ownership stakes held by Steffen Møller Holding ApS, Familien Carlsen Holding 1 ApS, Janca-Jensen Holding ApS, Busk Matikainen Holding ApS and Sunesti Holding B.V., registered in the Netherlands, ended. Sonova AG also owns 100% of Sonova Audiological Care Denmark ApS and AUDIUM (DENMARK) A/S.

The company has been registered at Hørkær 16 2, 2730 Herlev since 9 July 2025; before that, its address was Hørkær 16 3 in Herlev. Registered capital increased by DKK 17,902 to DKK 110,140.63 on 28 August 2026.
