The Group’s activities consist of operating authorized electrical and plumbing installation businesses as well as related activities as determined by Management. The strategy is to become nationwide through the acquisition of wellrun electrical installation companies. This enables the development of a network of likeminded businesses and creates opportunities to exchange experience and working methods in an environment where all companies share the same ambitions. The objective is to attract, retain, and develop close relationships with customers and employees by preserving the flexibility, culture, and identity of the local electrical installer while leveraging the advantages and synergies of a larger group.
