Primary activities

The purpose of the company is to operate as an investment business and engage in related activities, as well as to serve as a holding company for subsidiaries.

Risks and material matters

Going-concern uncertainty

The Company’s subsidiary, 2cureX A/S, has incurred losses and is dependent on additional financing to continue its operations. 2cureX A/S incurred a loss of DKK 17.5 million in 2025 and had negative equity of DKK 0.2 million at 31 December 2025. 2cureX A/S’ continued operations depend on additional financing, including completion of a planned transaction and related convertible loan financing. Recognition or measurement uncertainty

The Company’s investment in its subsidiary, 2cureX A/S, is recognised at DKK 19,007,331 at 31 December 2025. Investments in subsidiaries are measured at cost or, where cost exceeds the recoverable amount, at this lower value. The recoverable amount of the investment depends on 2cureX A/S’ ability to continue as a going concern and to complete the planned financing described in Note 1. Management has assessed that no impairment is required at 31 December 2025.However, due to the material uncertainty regarding 2cureX A/S’ ability to continue as a going concern, there is uncertainty relating to the recognition and measurement of the investment. If 2cureX A/S is unable to complete the planned financing or continue its operations, the investment may not be recoverable in full, and a material impairment loss may be required.
