Noter til årsregnskabet NOTE 1: Hovedaktivitet Selskabets formål er at eje togmateriel med henblik på udlejning heraf. Selskabet har i 2025 investeret i nye EuroCity togvogne (EC) til passagerdrift produceret af den spanske leverandør Talgo. Togvognene er udlejet på en operationel leasingkontrakt til DSB SOV. Investeringen i togmateriel er finansieret vedoptagelse af langfristet lån og koncerntilskud fra modersel- skabet DSB SOV. NOTE 2:
