The purpose of the Company is to operate as an active holding company, including involvement in the management of its subsidiaries, and to provide services to their management as well as other services (such as strategic advisory services, M&A-related advisory services, consulting services, administrative services and/or HR-related advisory services) to subsidiaries and other potential group companies in return for remuneration. Furthermore, the purpose of the Company is to hold ownership interests in the entities to which it provides such services, as well as to engage in any other activities which, in the opinion of the management, are related thereto.
