Selskabets hovedaktivitet består i at være konceptejer og franchisegiver for mæglere i LokalBolig- kæden, herunder at forhandle fælles indkøbs- og samarbejdsaftaler samt at stå for IT- og konceptudvikling. Derudover har selskabet ansvaret for centrale branding- og markedsføringsindsatser. De tilknyttede mæglere er selvstændige og driver virksomhed for egen regning og risiko. Pr. 31/12-2025 var der i LokalBolig-kæden 66 tilknyttede forretningssteder. Hertil kommer et kædesekretariat.
