Hovedaktivitet Selskabets formål er at drive virksomhed med mobilitetsløsninger gennem salg af nye og brugte biler samt reparation af biler og salg af reservedele og tilbehør. Selskabet udgør sammen med sine datterselskaber Semler Gruppens retaildivision, der ved udgangen af 2025 består af 19 autoriserede bilforretninger fordelt på 18 lokationer. Selskabet, inklusive datterselskaber, driver forretninger i Danmarks største byer. Derudover driver selskabet en filial i Sverige med salg af Lamborghini og McLaren fra Malmø. Semler Mobility Retail A/S har forhandlerkontrakter på mærkerne Volkswagen person- og varebiler, Audi, Škoda, Cupra, Seat, Lamborghini og McLaren, og er desuden autoriseret servicepartner af de samme mærker. Forretningerne i Holbæk og Silkeborg ejes begge med 51% igennem datterselskaber.
