Principal activites of the company
The principal activity of the Company is to conduct business by selling and developing software as well as other related activities
The finanicals results of 2024 was in line with the expectations of the management team
After the end of the fiscal year 2024 LCB has agreed to transfer the merger screening tool and the knowledge base to a large international company in the same industry

Going concern and significant events after the balance sheet date
LCB has completed the transactions with Karnov Group Holdco DK ApS. Their holdings was sold on July 31 at a total selling price of 1 DKK. LCB is owned and controlled by Christian Schjørring (25,0%), Kenneth Melchior (25,0%), Martin Bro Trasmundi (25,0%) and Søren Munk Hansen (25,0%).
