Development in activities and financial mattersRevenue for the year totaled DKK 143,386 thousand, compared to DKK 121,846 thousand last year. This represents an increase of 17.7%, which Management considers highly satisfactory.

The net profit for the year amounted to DKK 3,991 thousand, compared to DKK 1,663 thousand in the previous year. Management’s initial expectations were a profit in the range of DKK 4-6 million; thus, the overall performance is considered satisfactory and in line with our strategic targets. Development for the year relative to the expectationsThe expectations for the year were revenue around 125mDKK, so the revenue was well above our initial expectations. This was driven by both our Consulting and License business units, due to a successful increase against AI delivered solutions and increased amount of license selling . Despite a generally challenging market in 2025, particularly due to the global geopolitical situation, we achieved growth exceeding our expectations.

Expected developmentsManagement maintains a positive outlook for the 2026 financial year. We expect to realize a revenue in the range of DKK 135-145 million, with a net profit for the year expected to be between DKK 4-6 million.

Uncertainties connected with recognition or measurementRecognition and measurement in the financial statements are not considered to be subject to any significant uncertainties.

Events occurring after the end of the financial yearNo events have occurred subsequent to the balance sheet date that would have a material impact on the financial position of the Company.
