Kentaur increased revenue from DKK 357.654 million in 2024 to DKK 361.481 million in 2025, while profit after tax fell from DKK 31.259 million to DKK 14.238 million. Equity declined from DKK 104.835 million to DKK 89.459 million.

In July 2026, the register recorded 56 employees and 49 full-time equivalents (FTE). A July 2025 entry records 53 employees and 46 FTE.

Ownership was reorganised on 25 February 2026: Kentaur Holding ApS became Kentaur’s direct owner, holding 66.67–89.99% of the capital and 100% of the voting rights. BD DEVELOPMENT ApS owns 10–14.99% of Kentaur Holding and has 10% of its voting rights; CMB DEVELOPMENT ApS owns 15–19.99% and has 15% of the voting rights. Elkær Equity A/S owns 66.67–89.99% of Kentaur Holding and has 66.67% of its voting rights.

On 1 September 2026, Morten Nielsen took up the role of managing director and Ilhami Alici became board chair. On 25 February 2026, Ilhami Alici had become managing director and Kent Bredmose Thomsen had become board chair. Kentaur Holding’s capital was increased by a nominal DKK 5,000 in a cash issue on 25 February 2026 and by a nominal DKK 15,000 through a contribution in kind on 26 February.
