The Company's objective is to own investments in associates and group entreprises. ​ ​The company owns the rights to QualiWare's software. The development of the software takes place in a subsidiary. The company sells the software globally through subsidiaries and partners, and performs work for both large and medium-sized enterprises across all industries and in both public and private organisations. The software is used for corporate strategy, enterprise architecture, quality assurance, business descriptions, risk management, and management. ​ ​Our customers primarily use our products and services in connection with ongoing improvements or significant strategic changes in their business. QualiWare has developed special product functionality and working methods that can help a company implement these changes in a positive way for the company's employees and stakeholders. These principles are based on modern Scandinavian management philosophy and focus, among other things, on employee involvement, delegation of responsibility, goal management, flat organisation, trust rather than control, etc. This unique approach gives us a competitive advantage, particularly in Scandinavia and in modern innovative companies.​​The profit of the year has amounted to 887 t.DKK, which the company considers to be satisfactory. ​ ​The development of cloud solutions for the product and the opportunity to lease licenses have resulted in a shorter sales cycle and increased acquisition of new customers. The company is undergoing a transformation process where more and more customers are choosing rental solutions over license purchases. This solution provides greater flexibility for customers and the ability to scale up and down according to their needs. ​ ​The recognized analyst firm Gartner has once again in 2025 positioned QualiWare as a "Visionary" in their annual Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Architecture software. Furthermore, the analyst firms InfoTech and Quadrant Solutions have categorized QualiWare as "Leaders" in their assessments. ​ ​In 2025, QualiWare was represented in more than 16 countries across all continents. ​ ​We continue to invest significantly in scaling the sales of our software and expanding our partner network in the coming years.
