MyHomes har udviklet et populært delekoncept, hvor flere familier går sammen om at eje luksusboliger forskellige steder i Europa. Boligerne ligger på nøje udvalgte, eksklusive lokationer i Frankrig, Italien, Spanien og Danmark, og via et bookingsystem, som MyHomes har udviklet til formålet, kan man som ejer anvende sine boliger i op til 28 uger om året. MyHomes’ aktiviteter vedrører udvikling af boliger, dvs. at finde og handle de helt rigtige boliger på vegne af ejerne, for derefter at renovere og indrette boligerne, så de fremtræder som eksklusive og funktionelle hjem. Endelig sørger MyHomes for den løbende administration af boliger og ejerforeninger, så det hele tiden er nemt at være ejer.
