From 31 January 2025 to 30 January 2026, Fam.FVH Holding ApS and Kristoffer Skjærbæk Holding ApS each had a registered ownership interval of 50–66.66% and 50% of the voting rights. Kristoffer Gustavsen Skjærbæk owns 100% of Kristoffer Skjærbæk Holding ApS.

The address has been Bredgade 41 in Copenhagen K since 13 March 2024. On 27 February 2025, the address changed from the ground floor to the second floor. The 2025 annual report describes the company’s main activity as selling consultancy services to Danish and international customers; the accounts were published on 11 February 2026.
